Great place for a Sunday walk with a dog - just watch the seals in season when they have babies, as they can be quite aggressive and over-protective!

Stunning! Beautiful views and fresh air. Lovely to stroll around and enjoy the nature.

A vast, sprawling sanctuary of natural sounds a sights taking in the Ythan estuary, a huge natural dune system and a beautiful sandy beach with rock pools at the northern edge. Great for walkers and nature lovers. Be warned though - dogs must be kept on a lead until you reach the sea beach in order to protect ground nesting birds.
