Shocking.... teenage son waited for over an hour then too polite to argue gets queue jumped. To top it off then grown adults accuse him of jumping the queue. Walked out without a hair cut, staff couldn't care less. Going seriously downhill, the place is a shambles. They deleted this same message from FB page, says it all.
