I found that the staff were extremely nice and friendly, I have never received such amazing customer service and such a great haircut! Highly recommend!!!!!
I'm sure regular customers are more than happy with the service but as a new customer walking in to make an appointment it wasn't a welcoming greeting. Receptionist asked passing stylist if she was free to cut my hair the following week and had decided I would only take about an hour and a half to do, there was an awkward silence of a few seconds where it looked like she wanted to say 'well actually no', she eventually mumbled yeah, ok without looking at me once. Odd, slightly hostile experience. I have no doubt the hair styling is adequate but first impressions count and i'm not prepared to take a chance on that. I'll go somewhere else.
