Pretty poor experience overall. Nice windows, but repeated poor workmanship and quality issues for the install. Took almost a year to complete from day 1 of the replacement work onsite. Still not particularly happy with the quality, but after repeated attempts it's not much better and have had enough now.
I recently had an extension carried out by home quest home improvements. I found their communication and project management to be generally poor. As a result the promised 12 week build took in excess of 17 weeks, with another 12 weeks to get the snagging issues addressed. HomeQuest only employ their own joiners and in my experience their relationship with their contractors was poor. I had 3 different plumbing companies on my project!Ok for windows and doors, for larger projects BEWARE.
