Great pub, good atmosphere and always 2 or 3 real ales available alongside the usual fare.

You are assured great craic and a warm welcome from Martin and his team. There are always good selection of drinks at the "booth". No food available unless you count crisps, but they have a good range of cask Ales, bottles beers and whiskys. Great seats at the bar, or many cosy booths. A nice garden and smoking area to the rear. Recommended if you find yourself in Ellon. Pubby vibes.
This is a grand pub. Place was absolutely buzzing when we were there - Roadhouse were playing a selection of rock standards to the delight of all.Good selection of beers, good atmosphere, seems to be the more mature crowd. We fitted right in.
